Nell’accogliervi nel nostro B&B e disponibili a fornire ulteriori informazioni e chiarimenti, vi proponiamo le semplici e pratiche linee-guida del nostro Regolamento interno, il cui rispetto e l’accettazione da parte vostra consentiranno a noi di garantirvi l’alta qualità di un periodo di vacanza da trascorrere in modo gradevole, soddisfacente, comodo.

  1. I prezzi indicati per il soggiorno sono comprensivi di uso della camera e della TV, del bagno e dei suoi accessori, della prima colazione, di fornitura di asciugamani e di lenzuola.
  2. Al momento del check-in è obbligatorio fornire un documento di identità valido: passaporto, carta d’identità oppure patente di guida. In caso contrario, la registrazione non potrà essere effettuata. E’ nostra cura garantire sempre il trattamento dei dati personali secondo le normative che regolano la Legge sulla Privacy.
  3. Dopo la compilazione della scheda di notifica richiesta dalla Questura con l’indicazione delle vostre generalità vi forniremo le chiavi del portone di ingresso del B&B e della camera che vi è stata riservata.
  4. L’orario di check-in è stabilito nella fascia che va dalle ore 16.00 alle ore 21.00del giorno di arrivo e può essere definito con maggiore precisione previa una vostra gentile comunicazione riguardo la previsione di arrivo nella struttura o quella relativa ad eventuali ritardi.
  5. L’orario di check-out è tassativamente fissato per le ore 10.00 del giorno di partenza, in modo da garantire al prossimo cliente in arrivo di usufruire di un alloggio pulito e ordinato. In caso di ritardo nella consegna della camera, sarete tenuti a pagare il costo di una notte in aggiunta al saldo già effettuato.
  6. E’ consigliabile non lasciare incustodito nessun oggetto o effetto di valore nelle camere, nella stanza da bagno o in qualsiasi altro ambiente comune della nostra struttura. Le camere non sono fornite di cassaforte o cassetta di sicurezza, per cui sarà vostra premura chiudere sempre la porta e le finestre prima di uscire.
  7. Il B&B non è responsabile nel caso in cui si dovesse verificare qualsiasi situazione di smarrimento, di danneggiamento e/o di furto di oggetti lasciati incustoditi e non si assume nessun tipo di responsabilità per eventuali danni nei confronti di persone o di cose che vengano causati da terzi o che siano causati nei riguardi di terzi. Un eventuale danneggiamento della struttura del B&B o degli elementi di arredamento della stessa con responsabilità accertata da parte degli ospiti deve essere immediatamente comunicato e risarcito.
  8. Per rispettare le regole igieniche, di sicurezza e per rispondere ad eventuali problematiche di salute di altri soggiornanti, nel nostro B&B non è consentito ospitare animali, è vietato utilizzare fornelli per la cottura di cibo nelle camere e tutti i nostri gentili ospiti sono pregati di non fumare nella struttura.
  9. Nel prezzo di soggiorno è compresa e garantita la pulizia ogni due giorni della camera e del bagno, con cambio della biancheria settimanale. E’ cura e responsabilità degli ospiti gestire l’uso dei servizi igienici in modo corretto, evitando di utilizzare il WC in modo improprio al posto degli appositi cestini che sono comodamente forniti in ogni stanza da bagno. In caso si verifichi la necessità di effettuare una pulizia straordinaria degli ambienti o un cambio della biancheria straordinario, al cliente verrà addebitato un surplus sul prezzo pattuito.
  10. Per agevolare il lavoro del nostro personale e permettervi di soggiornare in un ambiente pulito e gradevole, vi preghiamo di lasciare libera la camera ogni mattina alle ore 10.30, disponendo gli effetti personali in modo ordinato per aiutare a svolgere con cura la pulizia e depositando sul pavimento del bagno gli asciugamani che hanno bisogno di essere cambiati. In caso contrario la camera non verrà pulita.
  11. L’orario della prima colazione è fissato dalle ore 8.00 alle ore 10.00.
  12. Nella camera non è consentito portare nessun tipo di cibo e raccomandiamo di spegnere le luci eventualmente accese ogni volta che si esce.
  13. Nell’eventualità si verifichino problematiche non dovute alla nostra responsabilità nella fornitura di servizi quali il collegamento Internet, il collegamento telefonico, l’acqua, il gas, l’elettricità, non rispondiamo del danno arrecato.
  14. Il nostro B&B invita i gentili ospiti a seguire le norme del Regolamento stipulate secondo le indicazioni della Polizia Municipale per garantire a tutti di trascorrere un soggiorno in piena tranquillità. A questo scopo, le fasce orarie dalle ore 14.00 alle ore 16.00 e dalle ore 23.00 alle ore 8.00 vengono indicate come quelle dedicate alle ore di silenzio.
  15. L’orario di uscita e di entrata dalla nostra struttura è completamente libero e garantito in piena autonomia dalla consegna della chiave del portone di ingresso. Sarà vostra cura non arrecare fastidio o disturbare il relax degli altri soggiornanti anche tenendo conto del fatto che non è consentito ricevere visite dall’esterno o ampliare il numero degli ospiti che sono sistemati nella camera.
  16. La chiave della vostra camera e quella del portone dovranno essere riconsegnate il giorno della partenza. Nel caso in cui vengano smarrite, al momento del check-out vi sarà addebitata la spesa relativa alla loro sostituzione.

Regulation

 In welcoming you to our B&B and available to provide further information and clarifications, we propose the simple and practical guidelines of our internal regulations, whose respect and acceptance on your part will allow us to guarantee you the high quality of a  holiday period to be spent in a pleasant, satisfying, comfortable way.

  1. The prices indicated include the use of the room and the TV, the bathroom, breakfast, the towels and sheets.
  2.  Upon check-in it is mandatory to provide a valid identity document: passport, identity card or driving license.  Otherwise, registration will not be possible.  It is our care to  guarantee the processing of personal data always according to the regulations governing the Privacy Law.
  3.  After filling in the notification form requested by the Police  with the indication of your personal details we will provide you with the keys to the entrance door of the B&B and the room reserved for you.
  4. The check-in time is established in the range from 16.00 to 21.00 on the day of arrival and can be defined more precisely after your kind communication regarding the expected arrival in the structure or that relating to any delays  .
  5. The check-out time is strictly fixed for 10.00 on the day of departure, to guarantee the next client arriving to enjoy a clean and tidy accommodation.  In case of late delivery of the room, you will be required to pay the cost of one night in addition to the balance already paid.
  6. It is advisable not to leave any valuables or objects unattended in the rooms, in the bathroom or in any other common area of ​​our structure.  The rooms are not equipped with a safe or safety deposit box, so it will be your concern to always close the door and windows before going out.
  7. The B&B is not responsible in the event that any situation of loss, damage and / or theft of objects left unattended occurs and does not assume any kind of responsibility for any damage to persons or things that are  caused by third parties or caused by third parties.  Any damage to the structure of the B&B or the elements of its furnishings with ascertained responsibility by the guests must be immediately communicated and compensated.
  8. To respect the rules of hygiene, safety and to respond to any health problems of other residents, in our B&B it is not allowed to host animals, it is forbidden to use stoves for cooking food in the rooms and all our guests are kindly requested  not to smoke inside.
  9. The price of the stay includes and guarantees the cleaning of the bedroom and bathroom every two days, with weekly change of linen.  It is the guests’ care and responsibility to manage the use of the toilets correctly, avoiding using the toilet improperly instead of the special baskets that are conveniently provided in each bathroom.  If you need an extraordinary cleaning of the rooms or an extraordinary change of linen, it will be charged a surplus on the agreed price.
  10. To facilitate the work of our staff and allow you to stay in a clean and pleasant environment, we kindly ask you to vacate your room every morning at 10.30, arranging your personal effects in an orderly manner to help carry out the cleaning with care and depositing  on the bathroom floor the towels that need to be changed. Otherwise the room will not be cleaned.
  11. The breakfast time is set from 8.00 to 10.00.
  12. It is not allowed to bring any type of food into the room and we recommend that you turn off any lights that are on every time you leave.
  13. In the event that problems arise that are not due to our responsibility in the provision of services such as Internet connection, telephone connection, water, gas, electricity, we are not responsible for the damage caused.
  14. Our B&B invites its kind guests to follow the rules of the Regulations stipulated according to the indications of the Municipal Police to guarantee everyone to spend a stay in complete tranquility.  For this purpose, the time slots from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm and from 11.00 pm to 8.00 am are indicated as those dedicated to the hours of silence.
  15. The time of exit and entry from our structure is completely free and guaranteed in full autonomy from the delivery of the key to the entrance door.  It will be your responsibility not to cause annoyance or disturb the relaxation of other residents, also taking into account the fact that it is not allowed to receive visits from the outside or to increase the number of guests who are accommodated in the room.
  16. The key of your room and that of the door must be returned on the day of departure.  In the event that they are lost, the cost of replacing them will be charged at the time of check-out.

Um Sie in unserem B&B willkommen zu heißen und für weitere Informationen und Erläuterungen zur Verfügung zu stehen, schlagen wir die einfachen und praktischen Richtlinien unserer internen Vorschriften vor, deren Einhaltung und Akzeptanz Ihrerseits es uns ermöglichen wird, Ihnen die hohe Qualität eines zu verbringenden Urlaubs zu garantieren auf eine angenehme, befriedigende, bequeme Art und Weise.


  1. Die für den Aufenthalt angegebenen Preise beinhalten die Nutzung des Zimmers und des Fernsehers, des Badezimmers und seiner Accessoires, Frühstück, Bereitstellung von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche.
  2. Beim Check-in muss ein gültiges Ausweisdokument vorgelegt werden: Reisepass, Personalausweis oder Führerschein. Andernfalls ist eine Registrierung nicht möglich. Es ist uns ein Anliegen, die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten stets gemäß den datenschutzrechtlichen Vorschriften zu gewährleisten.
    Nach dem Ausfüllen des vom Polizeipräsidium angeforderten Meldeformulars mit Angabe Ihrer Personalien überreichen wir Ihnen die Schlüssel für die Eingangstür des B&B und das für Sie reservierte Zimmer.

  3. Die Check-in-Zeit wird im Bereich von 16.00 bis 21.00 Uhr am Anreisetag festgelegt und kann nach Ihrer freundlichen Mitteilung über die voraussichtliche Ankunft in der Struktur oder über etwaige Verspätungen genauer definiert werden.

  4. Die Check-out-Zeit ist am Abreisetag streng auf 10.00 Uhr festgelegt, um sicherzustellen, dass der nächste Gast eine saubere und ordentliche Unterkunft genießen kann.
  5. Im Falle einer verspäteten Bereitstellung des Zimmers müssen Sie die Kosten für eine Nacht zusätzlich zum bereits bezahlten Restbetrag bezahlen.

  6. Es wird empfohlen, keine Wertgegenstände oder Gegenstände unbeaufsichtigt in den Zimmern, im Badezimmer oder in anderen öffentlichen Bereichen unserer Struktur zu lassen. Die Zimmer sind nicht mit einem Safe oder Schließfach ausgestattet, daher sollten Sie immer die Tür und die Fenster schließen, bevor Sie das Haus verlassen.

  7. Um die Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften zu respektieren und auf gesundheitliche Probleme anderer Bewohner zu reagieren, ist es in unserem B&B nicht gestattet, Tiere aufzunehmen, es ist verboten, Öfen zum Kochen von Speisen in den Zimmern zu verwenden, und alle unsere freundlichen Gäste werden gebeten, dies nicht zu tun Rauchen in der Einrichtung.
  9. Der Aufenthaltspreis beinhaltet und garantiert die Reinigung des Schlafzimmers und des Badezimmers alle zwei Tage mit wöchentlichem Wäschewechsel. Um die Arbeit unseres Personals zu erleichtern und Ihnen einen sauberen und angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, bitten wir Sie, Ihr Zimmer jeden Morgen um 10.30 Uhr zu räumen und Ihre persönlichen Gegenstände ordentlich zu ordnen, um die Reinigung sorgfältig durchzuführen und zu deponieren auf dem Boden Handtücher, die gewechselt werden müssen. Andernfalls wird das Zimmer nicht gereinigt.

  12. Die Frühstückszeit ist von 8.00 bis 10.00 Uhr festgelegt.
    Es ist nicht gestattet, jegliche Art von Essen in das Zimmer zu bringen, und wir empfehlen Ihnen, jedes Mal, wenn Sie das Zimmer verlassen, alle Lichter auszuschalten.

  13. Sollten bei der Erbringung von Leistungen wie Internetanschluss, Telefonanschluss, Wasser, Gas, Strom nicht von uns zu vertretende Probleme auftreten, haften wir nicht für den verursachten Schaden.

Unser B&B lädt seine freundlichen Gäste ein, die Regeln der Verordnung zu befolgen, die gemäß den Anweisungen der Stadtpolizei festgelegt wurden, um jedem einen Aufenthalt in völliger Ruhe zu garantieren. Zu diesem Zweck sind die Zeitfenster von 14.00 bis 16.00 Uhr und von 23.00 bis 8.00 Uhr als Schweigestunden gekennzeichnet.

  17. Es liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung, andere Bewohner nicht zu belästigen oder in ihrer Entspannung zu stören, auch unter Berücksichtigung der Tatsache, dass es nicht gestattet ist, Besuch von außen zu empfangen oder die Anzahl der im Zimmer untergebrachten Gäste zu erhöhen.
  18. Die Schlüssel Ihres Zimmers und der Tür müssen am Abreisetag zurückgegeben werden. Bei Verlust werden die Kosten für den Ersatz beim Check-out in Rechnung gestellt.
